My goal: I have just started class dojo this term. Thanks to Joe giving me a new projector in his own time. I really appreciate it and so do my kids. Keep class dojo a focus for rewarding behaviour and effort as well as a means of communication for parents.
Two blockers are:
1) Remembering to contact parents about happenings at SHPS as well as general information such as celebrating work.
2) Be consistent with handing out points and make it clear how or why the points are achieved.
Two solutions to the blockers in the team:
1) Put it to students to remind me if they want to share their work on class dojo. Have a reminder to contact parents at least once a week talking about what we did that week.
2) Explain what the points are for to all the kids and how we can achieve them.

Mads' Goal
I am looking to introduce more online collaboration and using Google Docs as a tool. I was wanting to start little through getting teams to have a go at using it with their planning.
Blocker:
Finding time for staff to familiarising themselve it and making the transition from using Word and the Server to save to Google and Google Docs.
Solutions:
Provide PD of how it works
Provide support for those teams/staff members who are using it

Joe's Goal
Yes I'm still alive and on your Blog. I want to stick with it as some great discussion can be enabled through Blogging. My goal:
- To take Lake Boga PS Staff through my Digital Journey and to keep working with staff to help them to build capacity to Integrate DT into their everyday teaching.
Blocker:
- Time and priorities
Solution:
- Priorities: Integrate the Integration of ICT PD into good teaching and learning. PDs to focus on Teaching of Literacy/Numeracy/Inquiry, but include Digital Technologies (Blogging).
- Time: A quote I heard but cannot reference "If it's important, you will find a way. If it's not, you will find an excuse".

Kaiti's Goal!
My goal is: Keep adding to my reflection blog for my P&D!
Two blockers are: 1) time to keep adding reflections.
2) continuing to discover how to use the blogger. e.g. - add pictures with captions and add video links etc
Two solutions to the blockers are:
1) allocate a "blog" time during the week and then stick to that allocated time.
2) allow time to play around with the blooger features and try not to get frustrated when it wont work!!

Just to see who is still using this blog regularly, and I am hoping there are more of you out there than just me.
I would love for you all to set one goal for yourselves that incorporates ICT in some way.
For example: 'I want to sign up and trail Dojo in my classroom after seeing Kaiti share this resource'
If you are brave enough to post one thing that is blocking you from achieving that goal and two things that can help you. Thinking of the above goal- 1 blocker is 'I don't really understand how it works'. Two things that could help might be 'Give myself time to have a good look around at Dojo and see if I can work out the in's and outs', second helper to achieve the goal may be 'talk to Kaiti about getting started and see if she can help'. By posting these goals on here for us all to see and support you may find people putting their hands up to help you.

2) Make some time, allow 30 minutes on a Tuesday night when the kids are in bed. Set the timer and know that that time is my school planning time.
